Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Campaigns Manager to support the SMB Marketing Manager in delivering our day-to-day marketing activity. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing multi-channel campaigns to life, creating high-quality content, and collaborating closely with sales and product teams to drive revenue and increase market share.
The ideal candidate will be organised, a collaborative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering accurate, impactful campaigns, and is motivated by producing marketing activity that delivers real business results.
Key responsibilities
Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns in line with the marketing plan, including email, landing pages, direct mail, social media, paid media, and other relevant channels.
Develop high-quality, engaging content and copy including emails, blogs, factsheets, playbooks, guides, and landing pages.
Ensure all content reflects our tone of voice and messaging, while tailoring to different audience segments.
Work closely with the Go-To-Market and sales teams to produce effective supporting collateral for proposals, presentations, and sales conversations.
Collaborate with sales, account management, and product teams to communicate campaign objectives and assets, and to identify new, industry‑aligned angles.
Brief designers and contribute to creative concepts or create engaging campaign imagery using Canva where appropriate.
Monitor campaign performance, report on results, and make data-led recommendations to improve impact and ROI.
Organise marketing collateral for exhibitions and events, attending on-site where required to ensure smooth execution.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within the software or technology sector.
Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Proficient in email marketing and automation tools.
Experienced with CRM and marketing platforms, including ClickDimensions, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Lead Forensics or similar (training will be provided on specific systems)
Confident user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communicator, comfortable working with sales teams, stakeholders, and agencies.
Highly organised, proactive, and adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Advantageous
Exposure to the construction industry (beneficial but not essential).
CIM qualification or working towards one (training and certification support available).
Experience with paid digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing) or LinkedIn Ads.
